The PMO has been told about this scheme that it will benefit 55 lakh people. Information has emerged about the scheme that, from 2020 to 2025, the government will spend 20050 crores in this scheme. This is the largest ever investment in fisheries sector by the central government.
PM Modi will start this government scheme through video conferencing. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also inaugurate the e-Gopala App, giving the country another agricultural related scheme. Information about this has been provided by the BJP office and the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
Explain that this scheme is being started under self-reliant India. These initiatives have been taken by the government to make people self-reliant. At the same time, along with this scheme, e-Gopala App will also be launched for farmers. With the help of this app, farmers, animal husbandry and fisheries sector will get help. Let us tell you that the government has prepared this e-Gopala App in such a way that it helps farmers to promote cattle products. Through this digital platform, farmers will be helped in animal husbandry related work.
Fisheries will get a boost with the introduction of the Matsya Sampada Yojana. Under this scheme, the government will also start Fish Brood Bank in Sitamarhi, Bihar and Aquatic Disease Referral Laboratory in Kishanganj. With the help of this scheme, the government aims to increase the production of fish in the country by 2024-25 to about 70 lakh tonnes. At the same time, the government is running a target of earning 1 lakh crore rupees with the help of this scheme. With the help of this scheme, additional fish production of 70 lakh tonnes will be done in the next 5 years.
