Yogi government constitutes special security force, arrests, warrants, search and these power found


new Delhi. The Yogi Govt of Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh) is continuously taking big steps to improve the deteriorating law and order in the state. In this episode, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) has formed a new security force to improve law and order. This security force has been named UP Special Security Force. By creating a new Act on behalf of the Government, this security force has been given some special powers which the UP Police does not have.

At the same time, ADG level officer will be the head of UP Special Security Force, while its headquarters will be in Lucknow. Let us tell you that on June 26, CM Yogi Adityanath approved the formation of Uttar Pradesh Special Security Force.

Notification of formation of UP Special Security Force has been issued by the government. UP SSF has been given a lot of power. The SSF has received the power of arrest and search without warrant. The court will also not take cognizance against SSF officers and employees without the permission of the government.

At the same time, tell this security force has been given the responsibility of protecting government buildings, offices and industrial establishments in the state. Apart from this, a private company can also take the service of this security force, but it will have to pay for it.
