Typically, each season of Call the Midwife has at least eight episodes. However, the tenth series is an exception. The series came with seven thrilling episodes as the shooting began later.

According to the leak, the new series Call Line is likely to develop a lineup similar to The Midwife Christmas Special. The first episode introduces the audience to Dr. Turner (Stephen McGann) and Sister Julienne (Jenny Agter) clash. Sister Julienne reaches out to Trix to help her plan. On the other hand, Dr. Turner would act repulsive to the plan.
