1) Reduce the amount of salt in the food: –

2) Sit in the morning sun: –

5) Keep weight under control: –

8) Get the cancer tested periodically: –

Screening for cancer symptoms is necessary. Early detection of cancer can prevent serious side effects. Cases of breast, cervical, prostate, oral and stomach cancers are more common. All these cancers are also found in small cities. It is easy to check and it is not expensive.
