Red, Green and Violet line service starts from today

In such a situation, today, on September 11, the work of running Red Line, Violet Line and Green Line Metro has been done. It connects Delhi to Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Bahadurgarh.

With this, Delhi Metro’s Mandi House, Kirti Nagar, Inderlok, Welcome Interchange stations were opened. Metro services started in this line will benefit from Old Delhi to West Delhi, North-East Delhi. Also, movement between NCR cities will become easier.

Delhi Metro launched 95 train sets on these three lines (Red, Violet and Green) started from today. Which will take about a thousand trips in a day. The maximum number of trips will be 413 trips between the Red Line (Rithala to Old Basadda Ghaziabad). The Metro expects the number of passengers to increase rapidly after the opening of these three lines.

At the same time, due to the opening of Blue Line and Pink Line on Wednesday, the number of passengers has increased more than double. In the morning alone, more than 33 thousand people have traveled.

Operating time will increase from September 11

As per the fixed rules, Delhi Metro will open 2 more metro lines on September 11 and will extend their correct operating time. Including the Gray and Magenta lines. The operations will be in two shifts in the morning as before. But the morning shift will be increased from 7 to 11 from 7 to 1 in the afternoon. Similarly, in the evening shift, 4 pm to 8 pm will be played till 10 pm.
