How to do the opposite
Lie on your back with the wall on the ground in your room. Now put both your feet on the wall. As you can see in the picture. During this time your body should be in a 90 degree posture. Feel relaxed by placing your hands beside and take a deep breath for about 15 minutes. After that, bend your legs and come to the first posture.
