How to make spinach paratha
Firstly chop the spinach roughly. Clean and chop ginger and green chillies too. Now mix all three ingredients in a mixer and grind them. Spinach puree is ready.
Now add spinach puree, two teaspoons of ghee, parsley and salt to the flour and make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes so that it sets. After 20 minutes take small pieces of dough and roll out thin round parathas.
Spread ghee on the rolled paratha and roll it by adding layers. Roll this roll round and wrap it. Wrap the dough in dry flour and roll out the parantha in a diameter of 5 to 6 inches. Now grease the pan with ghee.
Put the paratha on the griddle. Once it sinks on one side, turn it over and bake it on both sides. Bake it by pressing it on a medium flame. Likewise prepare all the parathas. Serve hot parathas with curd, raita, pickle or chutney.
