It is a natural medicine which is very useful in getting rid of foot irritation completely. Take about 2 teaspoons of mustard oil in 1 bowl. Now add 2 teaspoons of cold water or 1 piece of ice and mix it very well. Now apply it on the soles of your feet with light hands and massage it. Doing this twice a week will give you great relief.
Apple Cider Vinegar
1. Vinegar not only keeps the pH level of the body balanced but is also effective in relieving the burning sensation of the feet. Mix 1-2 large tablespoons of raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink it slowly. This will give good results.
2. Take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a little rock salt in a tub with warm water, then dip the feet in it. Doing this for 20 minutes twice a day will provide relief.
It contains a very high amount of curcumin which helps in improving blood flow and circulation throughout the body. Apart from this, turmeric also has anti-inflammatory properties that relieve burning sensation and pain of the feet. Drink 1 tablespoon of turmeric in a glass of water. Adopt this remedy twice a day. Apart from this, you can make turmeric paste and apply it on the feet.
