-150 grams large green chillies
– 1/4 cup peanuts
-1 teaspoon cumin seeds
-25 grams dry coconut
-1 teaspoon poppy
-1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon mustard
-1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
– Curry leaves
-2 onions
-2 inch piece of ginger
-12-15 garlic
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
-1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
-1 teaspoon garam masala powder
-4 teaspoon Tamarind water
-Dhaniya Leaf for decoration
-Oil 6 teaspoons
Salt according to taste

Method of preparation of green chillies

To make green chilli vegetable, first wash and dry the chili and cut it in between. Now dry roast peanuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, cumin seeds and dried coconut. After this, chop the onion, ginger and garlic and cook it a little. Coarsely grind all the spices and make a paste. Now add cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry in a pan and after that add turmeric and red chilli. Now add the ground spices and cook. After this add tamarind water and garam masala. Now add fried green chilies and cook for 2 minutes. Your green chili vegetable is ready to be served. You can serve this vegetable with biriyani, rice, roti.
