Soya Chop Stick – 5-6
Cream – 3 tablespoons
Onion – 2 (roughly chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 2 (chopped)
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tablespoons


Soya chap comes in 2 types, Frozen and Dry. If you have brought frozen chops, soak it in fresh water for some time. So that the frozen layer melts on it.
If the arc is dry then soak it in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours.
Boil it for 2-3 minutes, separate from the stick and cut into pieces.
– After this you heat oil in a pan. After this you have to fry by adding ginger, onion and green chillies to it.
After this, add soya chaap and fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder and cook while stirring continuously.
When the spices mix well in the soya chap, add cream to it and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove it in a serving dish and serve it with roti, naan or paratha.
