Buddha Purnima will be celebrated in two auspicious yogas
This is the occasion to celebrate this full moon between two auspicious yogas. First Shiva Yoga and second health Siddhi Yoga. There will be Shiva Yoga till 10.52 pm on 25 May (Tuesday). After this, the selfishness of yoga will begin. Both these yogas are considered very auspicious. According to astrology, any auspicious work of both these yogas can be done without even seeing the almanac. Also, on this auspicious day both the Moon and the Sun will sit in Taurus.
How to worship
Bathing in any holy river on the day of Vaishakh Purnima is said to have special significance. If you are not getting the opportunity to bathe in a holy river due to corona infection, then bathing with a few drops of Ganga water in the bathing water also gives the benefit of Ganga-bathing. After bathing and meditation, clean the temple of the house thoroughly. After bathing the idol of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi with Panchamrit, take a bath with Ganges water. Now light the incense lamp in front of the statue. Offer Akshat, Roli flowers, Tulsi, any sweet and seasonal fruits of yellow color. On this day there is also a belief to worship Dharmaraja Yamraj, the god of death. It is said that by fasting Satya Vinayak on this day, one gets relief from the fear of premature death. After worshiping, donating sesame and sugar can also get rid of the sins committed in the unknown. The Moon is believed to be owned by the full moon.
