As per the box office sources, Mortal Kombat has fetched $9 million in the US and Canada. Along with that it also bagged $19.4 million in the rest of the other territories. Currently, the movie accumulated $28.4 million as its worldwide total box office collection. It mostly received negative reviews from critics.

Mortal Kombat is directed by Simon McQuoid and produced by James Wan and Todd Garner under the production banner of New Line Cinema and Atomic Monster Productions. The cinematography of the movie is done by Germain McMicking and the music by Benjamin Wallfisch. The movie cast Lewis Tan, Jessica McNamee, Josh Lawson, Tadanobu Asano appearing in the lead roles.
